Michigan Awesomeness

So far our trip has been spent exploring the sites of Michigan and spending copious hours relaxing with friends . Eddie is in heaven with seeing all of his "peeps" (as Sarah calls everybody) and it has been one big party. The Jacketts have been phenomenal hosts and we are blessed to know such wonderful people. The laughter that has ensued on these last few days is epic. We have celebrated Jay's birthday as well as the Fourth of July with a rockin' party at his parents house. We have visited with Ann Arbor and Dearborn friends, played many games of cards (mainly Euchre), been to the Fr. Solanus Casey Center, the GM building in Detroit, eaten amazing Mexican food in Mexicantown (as a huge Tex Mex fan and Texan Sarah can attest to the incredible beef fajitas), and had a sleep over at Mary used to be Buckley and Aaron Wilkerson's house. We love, love, love their new son and I think we might take him home with us. The community of fab people has been so wonderful.
