On Tuesday we met more friends (yes, hard to believe there are any people left on the planet that Sarah hasn't met, but it's true) at the Hofbrauhouse. It had the feel of Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. All the servers wore leiderhosen or dirndles. Even the music guy was dressed in German finery. We enjoyed steins of beer while chatting with Eddie's old buddies from school, Franciscan alumni, along with many of his cousins. Some of the guys took a "Shotski." Four shots on a ski. Hilarious!

Wednesday afternoon found us enjoying Primanti Bros sandwiches (they put the french fries ON the sandwich, amazing I tell you) with Sarah's uncle John and Eddie's Bethel Park buddy Kelly Pousson. Afterwards we walked around the Strip district perusing the Steeler paraphernalia. Eddie found a Steeler cowboy hat which he will proudly wear to the next rodeo. Sarah is excited to wear her new tank top if the NFL can get their act together before the season starts. We topped the trip off with a walk to an old fashion ice cream shop. YUMMMMMM!!!!
Our last evening with Fr. Tony found us at a Japanese Hibachi Grill. Gloriousness awaited us. Our chef gave us a show to remember while he sang every song he knew. But far and away the most memorable thing was the the Sake. He had Sake in a squeeze bottle and we would have to open our mouths while he shot it at us. Ingenious invention. Sake. Sake. Sake...

This trip has been wonderful and we are off to Niagara falls tomorrow.
